This lady was in front of me on Ridge Road today and she was slowing down the traffic like crazy. I didn't think it was legal. Is it?

There is a janitor that rides a golf cart around CFNI. When you think of it as a college campus, its not so strange, but if you think of it as downtown oak cliff with some crazy busy streets-its a little absurd.

I've seen that same lady out and about several times in Rockwall.
wow, i didn't think so! Haha! And i thought that they only did that kind of stupid stuff here in Siloam Springs....where everyone is blood-related.
